Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2023-24

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 includes the transfer of funds from the Workers'
Compensation Administration Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund. The funds will ensure that FTEs who no longer support
the administration of workers' compensation appeals are funded from the appropriate revenue source.
