Governor's Recommendations 2023-24

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2023-24 includes the realignment in General Revenue Funds from the
Expenses and Compensation of Retired Judges appropriation categories to Other Personal Services appropriation category in
the Court Operations and Appellate Courts budget entity and the Court Operations/Circuit Courts budget entity. This has a
corresponding issue code of 160F240.

Budget Amendment EOG Log# Q0022 was approved for this realignment in Fiscal Year 2022-23.
